Pregnancy is one of the most extraordinary times in a woman's life. It is a time for nurturing oneself as well as your unborn child. It’s also time for learning to meditate and find focus in breath. Prenatal Yoga Classes provide safe exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, preparing you for a conscious childbirth and the opportunity for mother and child to bond prior to birth.

Prenatal Yoga Classes go beyond the physical realm of movement and embrace pranayama/ breathing techniques that relax the mind and give focus during times of stress and uncertainty as well as meditations that help a mother discover a deeper sense of peace, empowerment as well as lifting fear and doubt out of pregnancy and birth. As a mother’s feelings and emotions are felt by her unborn child it is of utmost importance for a mom to create a peaceful, loving environment around herself. Each class will have a theme designed to be uplifting and bring awareness.
