time for learning to meditate and find focus in breath. Prenatal Yoga
Classes provide safe exercises designed to strengthen and relax your
rapidly changing body, preparing you for a conscious childbirth and the
opportunity for mother and child to bond prior to birth.
Prenatal Yoga Classes go beyond the physical realm of movement and
embrace pranayama/ breathing techniques that relax the mind and give
focus during times of stress and uncertainty as well as meditations that
help a mother discover a deeper sense of peace, empowerment as well as
lifting fear and doubt out of pregnancy and birth. As a mother’s
